Kina Grannis - Stay Just a little

I heard it in your voice when your love died
On a telephone connection stretching miles and miles of wire
You said it was over and then cried and cried

You were gone before I said goodbye

I don't like to think it is true

That distance came between us like a knife and cut right through
Where did we go wrong and let it all undo?
The only one I ever loved was you.

Would you stay just a little, my love?

Would you sway just a little my love?
Because the hole in the middle of my heart needs filling up
If you stay just a little, that's enough.

It kills me as I lay awake at night
Remembering the last kiss that we shared doesn't feel right
Is it impossible for me to win this fight
Keep you a little longer in my life?

Would you stay just a little, my love?
Would you sway just a little my love?

Because the hole in the middle of my heart needs filling up
If you stay just a little, that's enough.

Kampaitube's Review

Hey guys, just like last time we had a "BGT week", this week we're having a music week where we feature Youtube's music celebrities :)

Among the few songs Kina sang, i personally chose this one not only because it was original (self composed), it also show that she can sing a duet and not only sing solo :) Her voice has this unique "blur" and really sweet kind of sound that get alot of people's attention and really getting them drawn to it!

This song has a sensitive yet hurtful meaning to those who has broke up before in a very serious and deep relationship, sometimes we all wished that it could've been just a little longer before it was all gone :(

Kina has been posting her youtube videos only just 1 year ago and her highest viewed video is 1.4m views already, that's really a great achievement just in a year :) She's half japanese and currently 23 years old and apparently she post new videos every monday. If you really like her and you would like to purchase her CD or even buy her t-shirt, click here! :)

Stay a little while
