Hi Shaheen

My name's Jafargholi, just turned 12 last week, i live in swansea with my mom with my cat and i'm going

to sing today.

Shaheen is here with his single mom Karen which is also his biggest fan. They both hope that the sing

he prepared will blow the judges away. Well I'm singing valerie by Amy winehouse, just singing it cause

it's one of my favourite songs to sing. I sing it in different family ocassions for like weddings and

parties and different things, my grandad really loves the song so when i *gibberish* it makes him happy

so it's a big day for you today, this could be the big break! (exactly) the first day of the rest of

your life.

So let's see if this little boy can make his and mom's dreams come true.

The video quality was good and the audio quality? Awesome ;)

Okay today i'm going to present a different POV of this video, we all know how awesome this boy is. He totally blew all of us away with his super impressive skills! So besides that, the question everyone will ask in this video is, why did Simon stopped Shaheen from singing his first song? Was it because he didn't like Amy winehouse? How did he know about Shaheen's other option of song to sing?

If you have been watching AGT/BGT often, you'll noticed that the judges usually don't know that the contestants has more than a performance or song to sing unless the contestants reveals so. So could this be a set up? It's all scripted behind the scenes? Here are a few points you might wanna consider in this video, when Shaheen entered and went on stage, Amanda said Hi and he immediately replied "Hi my name is Shaheen Jafargholi". Why did he answer that when the judges haven't ask for his name yet? In every other video the judge will ask a series set of question and the contestant will answer accordingly but Shaheen seems to might have got too nervous and forgot the "practice" they had before the actual show!

To keep it short, here are the few other points i'll just point out shortly and judge it for yourself :P

-When Shaheen started singing Valerie by Amy winehouse, instead of shocked and impressed, Simon's face looks extremely nervous and unsure ( 1:29)

-After Simon stopped Shaheen and said "You got this really wrong", Pierce immediately reacted with a smack on his face ( 1:45)

-See the vast difference of reaction when Shaheen started singing with a powerful blow of Who's lovin you by Michael Jackson, between Simon's reaction and Amanda's (2:17-2:19)

-Simon seems to be nodding away in full of agreement and "approval" (2:42)

-Noticed that split second when Simon stood to applause and pointed at him as if saying "NOW You got it right!" Simon has never done that before (2:44-2:45 might wanna repeat this second over to catch it / you can get a better glimpse at 5:45)

-Is it me or what? but has Simon ever commented so horribly on something he thought it was superbly impressive? It's as if he already knew and his commenting "what else can i say?"

-Noticed how Amanda commented instead?



The uploader disabled the embed option from YouTube, so once more, we had to resolve to metacafe. Also, Shaheen just became very popular only recently through this video, so we can only provide you this Q&A session with him :(
